Billing and quotas

Plans, credits, invoices and spending controls. Billing is per organization.

Prices are in USD. Annual billing gives you two months free. Resource limits per plan are in Limits & scaling, and the pricing page is the source of truth. VPS servers are priced separately; see VPS.

Paying

  • No card for Free. You can use the Free plan without a payment method.
  • Upgrading. On Dashboard → Billing, pick a plan and pay with a card through the checkout shown, or from your credit balance.
  • Credits. Prepaid balance in USD, spendable on compute, plans and domains. Top up from the Billing page through Bachs, Paystack or Stripe, or get a checkout link from the CLI with deployxa topup <amountCents>.
  • Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise (see the terms).

Usage beyond your plan

Usage beyond what your plan includes, such as bandwidth and compute, is billed at the rates on the pricing page. Metered resources include CPU hours, RAM GB-hours, bandwidth, build minutes, and database, volume, registry, artifact and log storage.

These commands use the linked project and accept --json. Run them from a linked folder.

When credits run out

    Grace period

    When the balance is exhausted the account enters a grace period. deployxa credits shows when it ends.

  2. 2
    Workloads stop

    If the grace period ends without a top-up, workloads are stopped. Top up or change plan to bring them back.

Tip: Set a budget and watch deployxa alerts so you hear about spend before it becomes a problem.

Changing or cancelling a plan

Change plans from Dashboard → Billing. If you move to a plan with lower limits, bring usage within them first (for example, the Free plan allows 3 projects). Team billing and activity are part of the Team plan and above; only members with billing permission can see and change billing.
